Camellia Bake Shop is the first high-end café to provide the KW region with European inspired, allergy-friendly baked goods and incredible ethically-sourced coffee & tea. Our café will be a central hub (with free WiFi of course) for anyone and everyone to connect, share a meal, and feel comfortable, no matter what allergies and intolerances they may have. Alisha here! Welcome! I have had a passion for baking since I was old enough to hold a spoon. This passion slowly developed from creating simple muffins and scones, to more elaborate European style pastries that accommodated common food intolerances and restrictions such as lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance and veganism. Fast-forward to now, I am finally opening my dream cafe. I get inordinate amounts of joy when I see people who haven't been able to enjoy decadent, inspired desserts for years bite into one of my creations with pure wonder and happiness.I hope I can do that for you too, and remember you don't have to be vegan or gluten-free to enjoy my cafe!!! I have built this business to be inclusive for EVERYONE, whether you love all the meat and dairy, or not.
